Welcome to Khurdah App.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our application and services (“Services”).
By creating an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
2.1 To use our Services, you must register for an account by providing your name, email address, and phone number. The information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account.
2.3 Khurdah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate information or used for unlawful purposes.
3.1 You can request scrap collection by uploading a clear photo of the scrap and providing your accurate location.
3.2 You agree to provide true and complete information when submitting a request.
3.3 Khurdah reserves the right to refuse service or cancel requests at its sole discretion without the need to provide reasons.
4.1 We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

5.1 You will be notified of the estimated value of your scrap through the app before the service is provided.
5.2 The payment method and terms will be specified in the service agreement displayed at the time of the request.
5.3 The scrap price is determined based on its type and weight according to the rates approved in the app.
5.4 The amount due to the customer will be transferred within two (2) business days after receiving and inspecting the scrap.
6.1 You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or prevent their use and enjoyment of the Services.
6.2 You must not upload or share any illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive material in any form.
6.3 Khurdah reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
7.1 The customer bears full responsibility for the legitimacy and ownership of the scrap offered for sale and confirms that they are the lawful owner or have legal authorization to sell it.
7.2 In the event of any dispute or claim by a third party, including law enforcement, courts, or original owners, the customer shall bear full legal and financial responsibility, and Khurdah shall have no liability whatsoever.
7.3 Khurdah shall be exempt from any claims, compensations, or obligations arising from dealing with scrap not owned by the customer or based on false or misleading information provided by them.
8.1 Khurdah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Services.
8.2 In any case, Khurdah’s total liability to the user shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
9.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khurdah, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10.1 Khurdah may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms or caused harm to the app, other users, or any third party.
11.1 Khurdah reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the app or website.
Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
12.2 The Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms.
